1. How can I order a search? There are several possibilities. You can either download an order form for all of our search products, complete it and send it back by email, fax or post to the Thomson CompuMark office in your country. 2. How can I order a watch? Very easily. You can download an order form for watching, complete it and send it back by email, fax or post to the Thomson CompuMark office in your country. In that way, you will always be sure of the most recent version. Top3. When can I stop or start watches? Watches can be started and stopped whenever you want. It is best to first contact our customer service department for large trademark portfolios. Top4. What is the deadline for ordering a search? You can order these searches throughout the day until 17:30 CET. Orders received after 17:30 are considered orders for the next working day. The deadlines for execution begin on the first working day after receipt of the order. They end when the reports are shipped. Top5. How quickly will I receive the report of an immediate search? Within four hours! The turnaround time starts by receipt of the order and ends at the time of dispatch. Per e-mail. A delivery by fax extends the turnaround time by 30 minutes. An example: 6. What is the normal delivery method for search reports? Depending on the product you require, the standard delivery method is by courier, fax or electronic file. In addition you can also consult and adapt search reports yourself on-line via our Search E-Services. Top7. What is the normal delivery method for watch reports? You can choose between delivery by post, e-mail and Watch E-Services (online selection). Top8. Do I have to pay for the courier or fax costs for delivering the searches? Additional costs are only charged if the delivery by courier or fax is not the standard method. Electronic delivery and Search E-Services are always free of charge. Top
9. How should I pay for searches? All invoices are sent at the same time as the search reports, unless they were sent by e-mail only. 10. How should I pay for watches? Watches are invoiced at the beginning of the watch period. The invoice is valid for 12 months. The amount should be paid within 30 days following the end of the month in which the invoice was issued.
